Best late-night food within walking distance of a shop, go

Purely practical thread and I will not pretend otherwise. I am a student, I have no car, and my evenings are organised entirely around what is walkable. So I want your list: what is the food, where roughly is it, and is it open when it says it is open, because half the hours online are fiction. Syracuse contributions especially welcome but I will take anything statewide, I travel occasionally and I plan those trips around eating. Bonus points for cheap. Actually, no, cheap is the whole point.
